SATURDAY I trained Chest pretty later in the day. I used only Megatron for my pre-workout because of the stim free benefit.. I won’t say I had the very best workout ever… But I did get into after a few sets. I began to come alive and I was having tons of fun on Incline

Hit Chest hard today! D and I worked mostly on presses and everything was running smooth. The pump was real today, I felt amazing. We started with Incline Barbell Press for a few sets. Then we brought in Floor Barbell Presses Supersetted with Incline Barbell Presses. We worked up in weight, down in weight. hit

SUNDAY MAY 31

I trained Legs hard today, not like my normal Leg day – but I hit everything I wanted to. I woke up feeling rough! My neck was trying to climb out of my skin. DOMS in your traps is a very odd thing. It is disguised as a headache but is really in the muscles!

MAY 7 – BACK DAY ALL DAY
