Throughout my 20’s, I worked out every other day. But for the last 10 years, my work schedule has limited my workout routine to running about 4 times a week. In the beginning, how many days a week should hit the gym if I want to get a good start on your program?
You should really go at least 4 times a week. You don’t want to lift every day you need to give your body time to recover. 5 times a week is ideal but 6 is okay. With our system we make sure to give you enough time to recover before hitting that muscle group again.
